Returns policy

If you need to return an item, you may do so within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards/vouchers

You are welcome to arrange the return on your own. We recommend using a trackable service from your local postal carrier, with no signature required. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you notify us of the return within 14 days of delivery, we will assist you.

When returning an item, please use the original packaging and any protective materials included. Ensure the item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. We cannot issue a refund for items that arrive damaged.

We strongly advise using a tracked shipping method, as we can only accept responsibility for items once they have been delivered. We are not liable for lost parcels if tracking is not provided.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged Parcel

If you find that an item is damaged upon opening your parcel, please do not handle it. Contact us immediately at [email protected], describing the damage and including a photo. If you don’t receive a reply, please check your spam or junk folder, as our response might be there.

For insurance purposes, please refrain from touching anything else. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure a smooth resolution. Thank you for your understanding.
